You are absolutely correct, Aotearoa is indeed the Maori name for New Zealand, well done! How do you know that we live in the Smallest Island in the world? There are plenty of tiny islands all over the world, too many to count! Yes, we do have a large Maori population here in New Zealand but do you think you could find out just how many? You have a good selection of interesting facts, well done Bailey, but please explain them a little more and you will be well on your way to gaining success on the Summer Learning Journey!
